The problem: Nido Living wanted to improve efficiency at four of its student residences by saving water and energy. These are Nido Aravaca and Plaza Castilla in Madrid, Nido Malvarrosa in Valencia, and Nido El Porvenir in Sevilla.
The solution: All the showers were fitted with Showersmart 7,8 l/min.
The result: It was estimated that the reduction in water consumption in their showers is approximately 40%. Besides, a lower volume of water can be heated with much less energy so there is a double saving on both water and power.
