What do we do? Our mission

We help our clients to save as much water and energy as possible using our unique technology, which significantly reduces costs and CO2 emissions, enabling them to become more efficient and sustainable.

How do we do it?

Flow Control HL2024’s unique technology creates and maintains an optimal and constant flow, regardless of pressure changes. This generates savings not only in water, energy and costs, but also reduces CO2 emissions thus promoting sustainability. Our production plant is a 2,300m2 facility located in Casarrubios, Toledo.

How much water can a hotel consume and save? Keys to sustainability .

Data published in ‘Tourism Management’ magazine by researchers from several countries calculated that a 100 bedroom hotel could save at least 227 litres per guest/night if it introduces efficient water management measures and makes the best use of available technology to optimise water resources.
In the same experiment it is estimated that the annual savings for this type of establishment would amount to 16,573 cubic meters of water, 209,541 kWh (kilowatts per hour) of energy and 58,436 euros

The HL2024 Tap M22 or the HL2024 Tap M24 can be quickly and easily installed in any standard tap. The product simply replaces the existing aerator, thus avoiding splashing.

Fitted at the inlets of the thermostatic and non-thermostatic mixers, the HL2024 Connect and HL2024 Connect-S provide a constant flow, save water and energy, significantly reduce temperature fluctuations and create optimal user comfort. The HL2024 Connect and HL2024 Connect-S do that by largely eliminating the influence of pressure differences.

Temperature fluctuations in thermostatic taps are a common cause of complaint; They are often annoying and even dangerous. The causes are usually pressure variations in the installation.

With HL2024 Connect installed on both the hot and cold water inlet of the mixer tap, pressure fluctuations in the system have significantly less effect on the mixer. Therefore, the thermostatic faucet will function optimally and the temperature of the outgoing water will be more stable and constant. In addition, the flow temperature of a normal mixer tap will be much more stable.

HL2024 Inline

A solution in the pipeline

HL2024 Inline

The HL2024 Inline is installed into the piping and optimally regulates the flow, for exampte into draw-off points. As such the HL2024 Inline ensures Savings, optimal user comfort and system stabilisation. Installed into the piping towards the cold and hot inlets of mixer taps, the HL2024 Inline significantly reduces temperature fluctuations.

Temperature fluctuations in (thermostatic) mixers are a common complaint; often inconvenient and sometimes even dangerous.
These fluctuations are mostly caused by pressure fluctuations in the system.

With HL2024 fitted on both mixer inlets (hot and cold), pressure fluctuations in the system have significantly less effect on the mixer. Therefore, the thermostatic faucet will function optimally and the temperature of the outgoing water will be more stable and constant. In addition, the outgoing flow from normal mixers can be kept at a steadier temperature too.
