On behalf of Northumbrian Water, Cenergist identified homes that were suitable for the installation of our patented technology, HL2024.
As part of an initial cost-benefit study, we installed HL2024 in 100 properties. We measured average savings of 40 litres of water per day per property, with a corresponding reduction in water consumption per capita – an important measurement in terms of meeting the operational objectives set by Ofwat, the UK regulator. Furthermore, the technology reduces the amount of hot water used which, in turn, saves on domestic energy consumption and amounts to an average financial saving of £62 per property Our product was very positively received by houseowner customers who appreciated the reduction in water consumption.
